I’ve heard and read a whole bunch of stuff from a whole bunch of people all claiming the have the key to true happiness. I see memes about happiness and spirituality that seem to sound legit and people puke them all over my social media stream but when you break them down they all come up short. Many times I find things very egotistical posing as spiritual knowledge . And people are gobbling this stuff up online.
I have for you the one and only true secret of happiness . There is only one thing in the whole entire universe that can make you completely happy under any circumstances. Nothing else will work in totality .its so simple yet so profound and when you really get it and realize the first time you get chills on the back of your neck. To be happy you must be happy . You have to chose it . It’s that simple chose happiness. If you search for happiness in anything else you won’t find it and you will torture your self . The answer is right in front of your face .
